AAH provides Personal Care (PCA) services in support of individuals with disabilities, elderly, and persons with special care needs. These PCA services are covered in the recipients’ home or in a community setting, when eligibility is approved.

What do PCA services do?

PCA services can support your loved one with the following

• Activities of daily living (eating, dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility, positioning and transferring)
• Instrumental activities of daily living such as medical appointments, meal planning, preparation, managing finances and grocery shopping, communicating with loved ones and with the community.
• Supervision, redirection and intervention of behaviors.
